He is also the President of Dayspring Bible College where he is leading the next generation to spread the clear message of grace.

Pastor Jim Scudder knows the weight of leadership—he’s felt the pressure that comes with guiding a flock, striving to stay encouraged while helping ministries thrive in a challenging world. As the Senior Pastor of Quentin Road Baptist Church, he’s witnessed firsthand the trials that church leaders and their congregations face in their mission to spread the gospel. Under his care, Quentin Road, established 50 years ago, has blossomed into a community and worldwide beacon, but the struggle to maintain that light has not been without adversity.

He understands that motivation doesn’t always come easily, and growth can feel stunted without the right support.

Our Mission

For the past 20 years, the Grace Conference has helped churches, pastors, ministry workers, missionaries, and church members become more effective in spreading the clear gospel message. This is a 2-day gathering designed specifically to encourage, empower, and equip those on the frontlines of faith. The Grace Conference promises an experience unlike any other.  It has brought together thousands of ministries from over 12 countries and 35 states. This is not a conference about what group you belong to. Our identity is in Christ and the redemptive message of GRACE! Our goal is to keep God’s people in the race for the sake of an eternal cause. We want to help you not just survive but thrive!
